ABOUT DR. AYEWAH

Born in Nigeria and raised in the Netherlands, Dr. Ayewah grew up with an appreciation for diversity in languages, ethnic backgrounds, cultures, and traditions. She knew then that she would one day embrace NYC as her home – the melting pot of the world! Dr. Ayewah attended Baylor University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Chinese Mandarin. At this formative stage, she discovered the field of Surgery and the incredible instant gratification of using your hands to change lives.

Board-certified cosmetic surgeon Martha Ayewah, DO, founded the cutting-edge practice in 2023, offering a comprehensive range of cosmetic treatments and skin care solutions, including facials, body contouring procedures like VASER liposuction and skin removal, medical weight loss support, and injectables for complete aesthetic rejuvenation.

Dr. Ayewah is board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS). In order to become board certified, she had to successfully complete over a decade of medical training, undergo a rigorous General Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship program where she completed over 1200 procedures, and successfully pass an Oral and Written examination administered by the ABCS.

Founded in 1985, the AACS has more than 2000 members, including Dr. Ayewah, and represents cosmetic surgeons in the American Medical Association.
