  • Avoiding anti-inflammatory pain medications (which can increase bleeding)

Once you decide to undergo breast augmentation, Dr. Ayewah works with you to help you prepare for the procedure and recovery period.
You may return to work within 1-2 weeks of your procedure, but complete healing can take up to 6-8 weeks, depending on your aftercare.
